XPA produced the 2018 AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF): Keeping The Promise event. This year's theme, One Million Lives In Care: Celebrating Icons of Dance celebrated the icons of dance including tributes to dance legends that have died due to AIDS-related complications.

The XP Agency provided event production including AV, stage lighting, audio equipment, backline, video production, red carpet production, permitting, lighting, tenting with HVAC, event rentals, flooring, production trailers and catering.
The event was held in partnership with legendary choreographer/dancer and filmmaker, Debbie Allen,
at the historic Apollo Theater in New York City. Special guests included award winning entertainers: Phylicia Rashad, Norm Nixon, Misty Copeland, Jennifer Holliday and AHF President, Michael Weinstein. The evening featured performances by the Syncopated Ladies, Philadanco, Ailey II, the Dance Theater Of Harlem and the Debbie Allen Dance Academy.
